According to the SVDevelopment consulting company, the land in Kyiv suburbs slightly went down after a recent hike.

In particular, land plots in Obukhiv region have got cheaper by almost 5 pct.

As to the company, from June 4 to June 10, an average price of land plots under cottages went down by 1.55 pct (USD 96) and reached USD 6,113 per acre in Kyiv region.
